The Institute for Public Policy (IPP) is an independent analytical and research center designed to promote the practice of public policy and provide mechanisms for constructive interaction between governmental institutions, civil society, mass media and business structures. It brings together representatives of the government, opposition, civil society and the media in a format that meets the interests of all parties.
