Kosovar Institute for Policy Research and Development's (KIPRED) mission is to promote and strengthen democracy and democratic values in Kosovo and the Region. KIPRED works on the following core values: 1) the rule of democratic principles; 2) full impartiality; 3) cooperation with public institutions and citizen's groups that promote democracy; 4) collaboration with institutions of similar nature, national, regional, and international.
