The EU-Russia Centre (EU-RC) an independent pan-European organization for people interested in Russia and the future of EU-Russia relations. It provides a forum and platform where European and Russian organizations and individuals can discuss their shared interests and promote greater mutual understanding. Its mission includes to create a balanced relationship between the EU and Russia guided by a coherent EU policy and to support a new strategic agreement and the subsequent relationship between the EU and Russia that balances trade interests with core human values.
