The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Emergency Planning (DSB) aims to maintain a full overview of risk and vulnerability for society in general. The DSB aims to promote measures which prevent accidents, crises and other undesired incidents with the aim to ensure sufficient emergency planning and efficient management of accidents and crises.
