Organizations and Resources Network

The Centre for European Security Studies (CESS) is an independent democratic organization that seeks to support civil society in young democracies, but its sponsors are mostly government organizations. It runs programs to encourage democratic defense reform in Central and Eastern Europe and deals with security policy in the widest sense of the term. The center's work consists mostly of training, and its area of operations ranges from the Caucasus, Central Asia and South East Europe to Africa.
