Organizations and Resources Network

The Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) is part of the Chinese Academy of Science. Its main task is to provide each department of the central government with reports and reference materials about the world economy and to serve economic construction in China. In particular, IWEP provides decision-making references for economic reform, offers suggestions for economic policies, development strategies and best economic practice, and reviews and introduces foreign economic systems to open up economic development paths in China to the outside world.
