The Institute for Strategic Studies in Buenos Aires (IEEBA) is a private, non-profit foundation which operates with the overall objective to conduct research, provide education and counseling, and to disseminate information about strategic and political issues faced by Argentina and the South American region today and in the future. The work of the institute is oriented toward defining the root causes of structural political crises of the SAM region.
