Organizations and Resources Network
The North-South Institute (NSI) is a policy-centered research institution that specializes in international development. Its specific objectives are to 1) promote a greater understanding of the problems and opportunities associated with global development, 2) encourage collaborative research that will lead to discussions, policies and action, 3) provide a non-governmental 'space' for the exchange of development-specific views and ideas, and 4) function as an independent and nonpartisan voice that calls attention to current and pending development issues.
