Organizations and Resources Network

The South Caucasus Institute of Regional Security (SCIRS) is a nongovernmental, non-profit, independent organization focused on securing peace and security in Georgia, the South Caucasus and the surrounding region. The Institute aims to promote the formation of effective political management for security issues and brings together experts, analysts, activists and journalists engaged in security research  in academia, NGOs and the media to develop coherent and interdisciplinary recommendations on security issues.
