The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA) is dedicated to the study of Middle East peace and security, in particular the national security and foreign policy of Israel. The BESA Center is a non-partisan and independent institute, affiliated with the political science department at Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
