The Institute of International Affairs and Foreign Policy (INCIPE) is a private and non-partisan nonprofit foundation that strives to research and discuss Spanish foreign policy and international relations. The foundation aims to contribute to a better understanding of these issues by the Spanish public and act as an advocate for Spanish national interests globally.
