The Jaan Tõnisson Institute is a non-governmental organization that aims to contribute to the development of democracy and to consolidate civic society in Estonia. It carries out research programs and organizes different conferences, seminars and training sessions for teachers, politicians, governmental officials on national or local scale and for the members and workers of NGOs.
