The George C Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC) is an international security and defense studies institute that promotes dialogue and understanding among the nations of North America, Europe and Eurasia. Its main topic of study include terrorism, internal instability, regional and local crises, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, security implications of the information revolution, NATO's new role, crisis management, EU-NATO relations.
