The Luxembourg Institute for European and International Studies (LIEIS) is an independent, non-profit organisation based in the City of Luxembourg. It provides a platform for original and practical discussions on a variety of subjects and challenges the world is facing. It's areas of focus include the European Union, EU integration, EU neighbors, the vitality of nations, the European social model, Luxembourg and other small states, foreign and security policy, and the future of the international system.
