Organizations and Resources Network

The Institute for International Policy Studies (IIPS), which former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone founded in 1988, focuses its research activities on international politics, economics, security, energy, and the environment. The research staff, which is largely made up of individuals who are seconded for two years from various Japanese government ministries and businesses, also provide policy options on how to address present and future global problems.
