Organizations and Resources Network

The French High Committee for Civil Defense (HCFDC) is a civil society organization which contributed to reflection on the doctrine, organization and techniques of France in terms of social security. Additionally, it provides a platform for exchanges between the state, assemblies, communities, companies and experts on issues related to national security for the purpose of providing better protection of people, businesses and enhanced resilience of the nation to face major risks and threats.
