Organizations and Resources Network

The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) is an international organization that dedicates itself to addressing environmental problems. The REC fulfills this mission by 1) promoting cooperation among governments, non-governmental organizations, business and other environmental stakeholders; 2) supporting the free exchange of issue-specific information; and 3) encouraging public participation in environmental decision making.
