The International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA) is a global network of civil society organizations that rely on their research and advocacy efforts to stop the proliferation and misuse of small arms and light weapons, primarily by reducing the demand for them, improving firearm regulations, and strengthening the controls over arms transfers at the local, national and global levels.
