Organizations and Resources Network

The International Science and Technology Center (ISTC) is an intergovernmental organization that promotes the nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). To accomplish this goal, the ISTC 1) coordinates the anti-proliferation efforts of numerous governments, international organizations, and private sector industries, and 2) provides former weapons scientists from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States with new opportunities for peaceful and sustainable employment.
