The European Commission Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) provides emergency relief to the victims of natural disasters and armed conflict outside the EU with particular attention to the most vulnerable victims. The humanitarian aid covers areas such as food and nutrition, shelter, healthcare, and water and sanitation.
