The Harvard Sussex Program (HSP) is an interuniversity collaboration for research, communication and training in support of informed public policy regarding chemical and biological warfare (CBW). The program seeks the global elimination of chemical and biological weapons and the strengthening of constraints against the hostile use of biotechnologies.
