The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) is an organization which promotes the advancement of parliamentary democracy by enhancing knowledge and understanding of democratic governance. It aims to connect, develop and support Parliamentarians and their staff, helping them to identify benchmarks of good governance while furthering the values of the Commonwealth.
