The Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI) is a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) operated by ANSER on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It is intended to provide independent analysis and expertise to help homeland security leaders address operational and policy issues as well as outlining strategies, operational requirements, and metrics.
