The Council for Emerging National Security Affairs (CENSA) is an independent research institute that promotes substantive discussions on US national security policy. To accomplish this end, it 1) engages in formal and virtual collaborations; 2) operates graduate-level teaching programs, and 3) generates well-researched publications that draw upon the diverse talents and innovative perspectives of its membership.
