The Fourth Freedom Forum is a nonpartisan, nonprofit operating foundation that advocates the use of economic incentives and sanctions to secure a more peaceful future. Its mission is to encourage discussion, development, and dissemination of ideas in order to free humanity from the fear of terrorism and war. Its activities are primarily focused around the use of economic incentives and targeted actions to establish the rule of law, establish good practices for enforcement, and promote international cooperation.
