Organizations and Resources Network

The International Water and Sanitation Centre (IRC) is a Non-Governmental Organization working with a worldwide network of partner organizations, governments, entrepeneurs, and private actors in order to achieve equitable and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene services. Its roots are in advocacy, knowledge management and capacity building and it describes itself as a 'think-and-do-tank'.
