Organizations and Resources Network

The Northern Ireland Council for Ethnic Minorities (NICEM) is an umbrella organization working on behalf of ethnic minorities in Northern Ireland. The NICEM aims at responding to the needs of minority ethnic communities, providing training for potential leaders from within minority ethnic communities, and raising awareness of discrimination on the grounds of ethnic origin, nationality and race.
