The Met Office Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research program funded by the Department of Energy and Climage Change (DECC) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). Its mission is to understand physical, chemical and biological processes within the climate system, monitor global and national climate variability and Change, and predict variability of climate.
