The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is a federal agency of the US Department of Commerce with the aim to help create and sustain US jobs by promoting growth and global competitiveness of businesses owned and operated by minority entrepeneurs. The agency undertakes advocacy work and lobbying, and conducts research and general outreach.
