The Center for Terrorism Law, which is part of St Mary's University School of Law, is a research institution that studies the legal dimensions of anti- and counterterrorism activities, with a particular emphasis on cyberspace and information assurance technologies. In performing its research, the Center strives to achieve and maintain a proper balance between global security and civil justice.
