The James A Baker III Institute for Public Policy is a nonpartisan think tank located at Rice University. It 1) focuses on domestic and foreign policy issues; 2) collaborates with academia, government, the media, business and nongovernmental and private organizations; and 3) provides its findings to groups and individuals involved in the formulation and execution of public policy.
