The Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA) is an independent think tank which provides analyses and perspectives on the economic policies that apply to Ghana and the developing world. CEPA's research specifically focuses on debt management and five policy areas – fiscal, monetary, trade, industrial and agricultural.
