Organizations and Resources Network
The Aleksanteri Institute, which is affiliated with the University of Helsinki, functions as a national research and study center on Russia and Eastern Europe, particularly in the social sciences and humanities. To fulfill its charter, the Institute coordinates and promotes cooperation and interaction between academia, public administrators, businesspersons and civil society in Finland and abroad.
