The Instituto Liberdade do Rio Grande do Sul (IL-RS) is an independent, private and nonprofit think tank whose main purpose is to foster the research, creation and dissemination of educational and cultural assets displaying the advantages to all individuals of an organized society. Its main initiatives include individual rights, representation in government, respect of private property rights and free initiative.
