The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) is dedicated to the study of global change and its impacts on ecological, economic and social systems. PIK research projects are interdisciplinary in nature and undertaken by scientists from a variety of specialties, including earth systems analysis, climate impacts and vulnerabilities analysis, and those who work with trans-disciplinary concepts and methods.
