This publication assesses executive and legislative institutions relating to national minority integration in Georgia. The author outlines the institutional set-up after the 2003 'Rose Revolution', when the civil integration of Georgian society was formally prioritized as a key issue for state consolidation. He the examines various ministries under whose remits national minority issues fall, such as the Interior Ministry and the Education Ministry as well as various parliamentary committees. The author highlights institutional problems that beset civic integration as a result of lack of coordination and clear leadership.
