The report at hand concentrates on the issue of cybersecurity and is organized in four parts. Firstly, it reviews cybersecurity definitions and threat perceptions. Secondly, it looks at proposed responses, focusing on four measures: public-private collaboration for incident response and prevention, public awareness-raising, institutional responses and international cooperation. In the third part, the report discusses the findings with a special focus on the implications for Switzerland. Finally, an annotated bibliography gives an overview of the major recent and relevant documents and articles on cybersecurity.
