This is a transcript of a discussion on circular economy with Dame Ellen MacArthur of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. In her talk, MacArthur discusses how she came to advocate a different way of looking at how the economy functions. She explains the two types of materials in a circular economy: the technical materials that we have once, designed for disassembly on one side, and biodegrable materials on the other and explains that the goal is to be able to recycle all materials.
