In this transcript, the speaker discusses the ignored crime of conflict-related sexual violence and measures taken by the UN to counter the disproportionate effect of armed conflict on women. After outlining the significance of a series of UN-SC resolutions, among them Security Council Resolution 1325, and the follow-up resolutions 1820, 1888 and 1960, she goes on to discuss the six-point agenda developed by the UN to eradicate conflict-related sexual violence.
