This paper examines Chinese intelligence agencies and how they exploit cyberspace. It argues that while cybersecurity is a concern, media coverage tends to oversimplify the issue and not present the public with a full picture. The author finishes by identifying six policy implications that Chinese cyber-activities have for Australia.
