This study examines crisis mapping which collects geographically identified information from many sources in crises to help emergency managers and others. Specifically, it examines the use of this technology in Switzerland. It concludes with a number of recommendations to help foster collaboration between different social actors in Switzerland to improve crisis mapping in the country.
