This is a transcript of talk by Dr Walter Molano, Managing Partner of BCP Securities, in which he argues that Argentina's economic decline during the 20th century was attributable to its geography and the concentration of political power in Buenos Aires. He says that reversing Argentina's fortunes will depend on whether it can localize this power, which will then permit the country to use its resources to their full potential.
