This paper compares the efforts of the US and Australian governments to address and improve the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure through public-private partnerships. It evaluates past and present US and Australian efforts to streamline and improve governmental cybersecurity policy and discusses the opportunities the Australian Cyber Security Centre offers to improve intragovernmental and private sector collaboration in this policy area.
