In this transcript, Charles Blanchard and Jody Williams discuss the moral-ethical dimensions of modern, self-directing military technologies. Of particular interest to them is whether such technologies replace or complement humans capabilities in war, and whether the technologies are 'dual use' capable or not -- i.e., whether they enhance human capabilities in society as well as on the battlefield.
