In this transcript, Julie Bishop, who is Australia's Foreign Minister, discusses her country's relations and policy priorities within the Asia-Pacific region. More specifically, she discusses how Canberra is working to 1) help build Asia's next-step economic architecture (the TPP), 2) implement a new paradigm for aid delivery, 3) continue building a strategic partnership with Indonesia, despite the problems raised by Australia's spying on that country, and 4) manage the ‘mini-arms race’ she sees occurring in Asia.
