This a transcript of a speech by Dr Martin Parkinson, Secretary to the Australian Treasury, in which he outlines the G20's growth agenda. In particular, he outlines the reasons why the finance ministers and central bank governors of the G20 countries committed to boost the collective GDP of the G20 states by more than 2 per cent by 2018 than what is implied by existing economic policies as well as how they can achieve this goal.
