This article discusses the means at Argentina’s disposal for successfully reclaiming the Falkland Islands from the United Kingdom. The author believes that while Argentina is not militarily strong enough to assault the Falkland Islands, Buenos Aires can choose to launch an aggressive “lawfare” campaign to end the Islands’ status as a British overseas territory.
