This bulletin explores how a growing convergence of interests between the US, India and Japan is clearly driving their trilateral dialogue, particularly when it comes to maritime competition in the Indian Ocean and Asia's evolving security status. What's necessary, however, is to include other countries that have similar concerns and interests into the dialogue, such as Australia and Singapore.
