This paper examines the negotiations between Serbs and Kosovo Albanians over the Kosovo issue. The author presents an analytical documentation on the Kosovo crisis from 1992 to 1998 and discusses several solutions for conflict resolution. The study also pays attention to the role of international organizations within the mediation process in the Balkan region.
