This paper examines Slovakia's social inclusion policies toward Roma. It evaluates the the Slovak national action plan (NAP) under the European Union’s Open Method of Co-ordination (OMC) on social inclusion in terms of cultural policies and their impact on the social inclusion of ethnic minorities. This paper also examines the evaluation of inclusion policies in the NAP focus group research and analyses of inclusion policies.
